  • EXPRESS SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all purchases

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

Most shippers (like FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to a PO Box, so a physical address is required, as well as a phone number in case of a delivery concern.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Different items are created in our suppliers’ different locations. That’s why you’ll find that your t-shirts are delivered separately from items like mugs or totes. The rest of your order will arrive in several days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY?

Each of our products is custom created. This means inventory is not made in advance and warehoused. Each order is a custom order, but if needed a replacement or refund will be cheerfully provided with our apology for lost, faulty or damaged goods.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED If your purchase is not printed correctly, or arrives damaged or flawed, please send us a heads up with a photo at Pat@RybovichBook.com  to let us know and we’ll happily rush out a replacement or a refund with our apologies!

LOST IN SHIPPING  If your purchase happens to get lost in shipping, please email us at Pat@RybovichBook.com so we can do a search and replace or refund pronto.

CANCELED ORDER  If you contact me lightning fast I’m more than happy to contact our supplier to cancel your order if the item has not yet been printed. Then I’ll blast off a quick refund.

WRONG SIZE ORDER  As we mention on all clothing Product Pages, we’re not able to replace orders when made with an incorrect size. This is because each of our products are custom-created at the time you order and we don’t stock a warehouse filled with all sizes. That’s the reason why we remind customers to check our ‘Rybo Size Chart’ before ordering.

We offer several different styles of t-shirts and each style comes with its own unique Size Chart. So be sure to follow our measuring tips to compare your favorite t-shirt with our Size Chart. That way your Rybovich tee will fit as great as your favorite tee.

T-SHIRT SIZING TIPS:

●    If a T-shirt is too large, a hot wash and hot dry should help shrink about a half-size. While it’s in the dryer, periodically check and remove the tee when it reaches the correct size.

●    If a T-shirt is too small.  We recommend washing t-shirts with cold water and dry on a hanger to keep your T-shirts looking great. But if you accidently washed in hot water and now your shirt is too small, here’s a tip:  After washing, simply lay the damp T-shirt on a dry towel placed on a flat surface.  Using a favorite tee as a guide, gently reshape your new t-shirt to the desired size.  Allow the tee to dry flat. When dry, it should retain the shape desired until you wash and reshape again.

●    If a T-shirt is too long, it’s simple to capture the same flattering look as the women models wearing  our Unisex t-shirts. Just take a section from the front of your tee and loosely tuck the end into your waistband or pocket. Adjust until you get an effortless look.

DO YOU FOLLOW GUIDELINES FOR SUSTAINABILITY?

Caring for the earth -- especially marine conservation -- has been a Rybovich tradition since the early 1950s. Johnny Rybovich was a pioneer in establishing the practice of catch & release (today tag & release) and we’re proud to follow the Rybovich tradition of caring for Mother Earth. With our custom-created products there is significantly less waste than with a traditional retail store that must stock every size and color and pattern, hoping all of their products will all be sold. (And what’s not sold is sent to a landfill). And by selecting only high-quality materials that last a long time, and by working to fulfill and package responsibly, we’re able to leave a much smaller footprint than a traditional retail store.

Our partner supplier values sustainability and sources products and fabrics from only ethical companies that are certified as complying with labor, environmental, and safety standards

Another way we leave a small footprint is by using packaging made of post-consumer recycled plastics. That's why our gifts are shipped "no frills." And by having fulfillment centers on both sides of the US, we’re able to increase shipping speed and lower shipping costs to help reduce the CO2 emissions from transport.

And we’re proud to say that even our super-durable printing method is earth-friendly. We use the highest quality, water-based vegan inks -- safe for even the littlest one in the family.

"THE CLOTHING INDUSTRY IS THE SECOND LARGEST POLLUTER IN THE WORLD... SECOND ONLY TO OIL." -EILEEN FISHER

This quote, from the founder of the apparel company that bears her name, was given as she accepted an award for her environmental work.

There’s definitely something to be said for the minimalist trend of owning fewer, but higher quality items that we love and are durable and made to last, and are made in a sustainable way. By unfollowing trends and choosing to shop with environmentally friendly and ethical brands we can take a small step to help turn the tide.

That’s why we choose premium Ring-Spun cotton for our apparel.  With Ring-Spun, the fibers have been ultra purified, then twisted to make a very fine, strong, soft cotton rope. That’s the reason why our t-shirts feel softer and more dense, and why they’re durable and last much longer than ordinary t-shirts. And also why they’re more expensive. Pat Rybovich Classic t-shirts are irresistibly soft, incredibly strong, and kind to the planet.
