THE ‘FATHER’S DAY CONTEST’ RULES

By entering the Rybovich Father’s Day Book Contest you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of Pat Rybovich Publishing, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase necessary.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the contest, enter your name and email address on the contest entry form. All entries must be submitted at the contest entry form by May 31, 2012. Those who do not fill in all the required fields (name and email address) will be disqualified. Pat Rybovich Publishing is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete, entries.

ELIGIBILITY:

This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Employees and partners of Pat Rybovich Publishing are not eligible to participate in the contest.

PRIZES:

Two Rybovich books will be awarded: One First Place Prize of a Commemorative Edition Rybovich book, value $700. And one Second Place Prize will be awarded of a standard Collector’s Edition Rybovich book, value $350. No transfer, cash equivalent or prize substitution allowed. The winner will be notified on June 1, 2012 via e-mail that he/she, subject to verification, is a winner. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during three (3) business days from Pat Rybovich Publishing’s first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate (Third Place) winner may be selected as the replacement.

ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Pat Rybovich Publishing.

Any person who supplies false information or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit the prize won. The contest shall be governed by U.S. law. Pat Rybovich Publishing holds the right to modify these official rules in any way, as long as it gives reasonable notice.
